What is GLP-1 therapy?
GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide help regulate appetite and blood sugar. They're prescription treatments, only started after a medical evaluation, and work best paired with nutrition and coaching.
What technology does Meta Glow actually use?
From the 3D body-composition scanner to skin-tightening and pelvic-floor devices — what each one is, how it works, and how it fits into your plan.
Is IV vitamin therapy actually necessary?
No — it's a complementary boost for hydration and energy, alongside the nutrition coaching that actually drives results. Available on its own or alongside your program.
How does a body composition scan work?
A 3D scan measures body fat percentage, muscle mass, and where it's distributed in seconds — giving a much clearer picture than weight alone, and a real baseline to measure progress against.
What's the link between weight and fatty liver?
Excess weight, especially around the abdomen, is one of the biggest risk factors for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease — and it often has no symptoms until the liver is already under real strain.
Why does weight come back after stopping a program?
Weight regain is common when a program ends abruptly, without transitioning into ongoing maintenance — which is why Meta Glow treats the maintenance phase as its own dedicated program.
What changes about your body after childbirth?
Weight, skin laxity, and pelvic-floor strength can all shift after childbirth, and rarely get addressed by a single provider — Meta Glow can build a plan around whichever combination applies to you.
Can losing weight actually help joint pain?
Yes — excess weight adds mechanical load to knees, hips, and the lower back, and there's solid evidence that weight loss meaningfully reduces that kind of pain over time.
Common questions
How do I get started?
Contact us with a few details and our team will schedule your first visit — a full scan, consultation, and a physician-guided plan built around you.
Do I need to be significantly overweight to join?
Not necessarily. Whether medical weight loss is appropriate depends on factors such as your current weight, health history, body composition, and any weight-related health concerns. Every patient is evaluated individually, and prescription medication is only considered when clinically appropriate.
Is this medically supervised?
Yes. The program is physician-led, with a Registered Medical Practitioner guiding your care, including any GLP-1 prescription.
What is GLP-1 therapy?
GLP-1 medications (like semaglutide) are prescription treatments that help regulate appetite and blood sugar. They're one tool inside a broader medical program, only prescribed after medical evaluation.
Do I need to get a blood test to join?
Yes — everyone enrolling in the Core Weight Loss Program gets a comprehensive blood panel (blood sugar, cholesterol, liver and kidney function, and thyroid markers) at enrollment, re-checked periodically. It's what your care team actually looks at when shaping your plan or any medication.
Can I just get a scan without joining a full program?
Yes — the body composition scan and liver health scan are both available on their own, with no obligation to continue into a full program.
How is my data protected?
Patient records and scan data are handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — never sold, never shared without consent.
